Business models and commercial viability

This workshop will present the concept of “business model” and how it contributes to your business’ economic viability. We will present the business model canvas, a tool used to ideate and develop business models. Tangible examples of known businesses will be used to illustrate various models. Finally, you will be invited to reflect on the types of business models best suited to integrate a research-derived technology.
